Registration is free, go to REGISTER , fill the info needed for registration, You can search in the available opportunities listed in the site, when you need to download the full data just pay the file fee from your wallet.
It is a market place which allow you to publish the investment you have while looking for an investor, If you are an investor you will be able to search in the published files, the services is classified, categorized and although the information published under the responsibility of the file owner but is there is a minimum level of recorded & actions taken to secure a serious business environment.
We have 2 formulas:
1- You can publish your file for 100 USD each and the investor download it for 100 USD (average).
2- You can sign a request to promote your file against a defined success fee, fill the form to get a quotation.
We work to promote the platform in the Egyptian and Saudi market to be extended to other countries. We also work on developing our services.
The download fee varies from a file to another based on our assessment, the fee is listed for each opportunity.
For the moment there is no expiry date for publishing the investment file unless the file owner request to stop publishing it, the file owner give our services the right to stop publishing any file at any time without further notice or clarification.
From your account you can request to put you file on hold, with more development to the platform you will be able to enjoy more feature helping you to manage your files.
We welcome brokers as part of the business, you will clarify your relation with the file owner when you register a file, you are also responsible of respecting all the terms & conditions mentioned in the site with full responsibility about the clarity of the published of information to keep the service at the best level.
