The user who creates the investment file and has the right to publish investment opportunity/ies and upload data, all the published data provided by the owner is under his direct responsibility (validity, rights to publish, legal, official, correct & verified) alone without any responsibility from the internet platform nor its owner.

www.investmentfiles.com is created as a Professionals market place to serve the investment communities in several sectors, countries & level. The platform is a digital hub where investment files could be uploaded and downloaded by users according to the mentioned Terms & Conditions.

Under all circumstances and with the clarification edited by the internet site, the responsibility of all the information published remain under the file owner if no objection is received from his side.

The duration of publishing any file is decided separately and could be changed without further notice to the file owner.

The user who publish an investment file accept the platform to refuse or stop publishing his file without clarification or declared reason without being subject to any claims from the file owner.

The user accepts to pay the fee (defined for each uploaded file) from his Wallet against publishing his opportunity or downloading the investment file of a specific investment.

Accepting the “Terms & Conditions” the user give the platform (investmentfiles.com) all rights to publish all data in the file to the public without any restrictions, accept also paying the mentioned amounts from his side and any amount to be paid by any user against downloading the provided data.

Accepting the “Terms & Conditions” the user who choose not to pay for uploading the investment files in the platform (investmentfiles.com) authorize the platform to promote his file against 2% of the initial investment needed and mentioned in any file to the platform owner once he signed a deal with any investor.  

The investor hereby declare and delegate and give the platform (investmentfiles.com) all rights to publish all data in the file to the public without any restrictions.
